Top clients.

  1. I have had the good fortune to meet many music business personalities during my life. This would mean playing in bands as bassist with them before they moved on to higher things. Several drummers, including Cliff Davies: Roy Young Band, If, Ted Nugent, Bill Castle: Big Band leader, and others who drummed through life. John Danter & Andy Hills who wrote Buck's Fizz Eurovision winner. There were bands who were on the same bill: Jimmy Ruffin, Jimmy James & the Vagabonds, Elmer Gantry's Velvet Opera (including Hudson & Ford) and loads more. People who I encountered socially. Members of the Foundations, Dinky Diamond drummer in Sparks and a host more.
  2.  Clients since include, Mike D'Abo: Manfred Mann; Dave Lambert: Strawbs; Dave Swarbrick: Fairport Convention; and several minor celebrities. Another remote contact has been Sting when he worked on a Lute project. I pointed him in the direction of the Lute Society at the time. Both benefited from the idea. We now have Steve Hackett over the Internet. Blue Weaver and Benny Gallagher + other contacts on FaceBook.

Further Interest.

Mike D'Abo sent a personal memo "Arthur, with compliments for musical services rendered ... beyond the call of duty!... and for bringing my Roland KF 90 to these shores."

I had found a Roland KF 90 on Ebay in a church in Topeka. Kansas after about 6 months searching after Mike had asked me if I could possibly try to find a replacement for his ailing model in about 2009.

He has a You Tube video with him playing it.

Other Services.

The KF 90 search was a "one-off" job but I expect a few more similar requests from musicians before I make it to old-bones.
